The QViewState ActiveX control should now automatically download and ask for permission to install.
If you do not get a question on installing the activex and/or see the broken object icon below, you may have set IE security to not allow ActiveX installation and/or you have a content blocking firewall keeping you from downloading.

 

 

The new settings will become active when Internet Explorer is closed and reopened.
