To make meeting suggestions easy and to get rid of all the phone calls and e-mail "ping-pong", we at EP Research have developed a simple EPiServer module that lists my current calendar in a free/busy approach.
Please find a suitable meeting time, mark it and invite me!
Please note that the calendar is showing Swedish time zome (GMT+1)

Technical info for curious people:
This is an EPiServer page. Behind the scenes, this page connects through HTTP by using Webdav to our Microsoft Exchange Server and my Outlook calendar. I have configured the page to not display the meeting text or who I am meeting, just free/busy time.
We use the same technology to manage our meeting rooms: Each room is added as a user in Outlook/Exchange and configured as "resources". This way we can add a room to a meeting, see when everyone are available and when we have free meeting rooms. When the meeting invitation is sent, it is automatically accepted by the room (provided the time slot is free). Outside each room we have mounted a flat screen powered by an old PC. The PC is configured to start showing a Web page that looks like this page, but with information about who has booked the meeting (and room). Simple technology that really works :-)
